Job Role Description

The Project Resource Supervisor is responsible for enhancing site conditions across multiple project locations by implementing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) guidelines. This role involves overseeing project resources, applying digital tracking tools, ensuring compliance with sustainability and green initiatives, and optimizing project efficiency through effective supervision and resource allocation. The role requires regular travel to project sites and hands-on management.

Reports to: Project Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management & Improvement:

• Supervise and improve project site conditions in alignment with ESG standards.

• Implement green initiatives to enhance environmental sustainability across sites.

• Monitor and evaluate site practices to ensure compliance with ESG policies and safety regulations.

• Digitalisation & Tracking:

• Utilize digital tools to track project resources, site progress, and logistics efficiently.

• Generate and maintain accurate project records to ensure transparent tracking of resource allocation and site improvements.

Resource Supervision:

• Manage and coordinate on-site resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and provide real-time support and solutions.

• Collaborate with team members to optimize resource utilization across multiple sites.

Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification of ITE graduates.

• Class 3 driving license

• Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently on-site.

• Familiarity with ESG principles and a commitment to sustainability are preferred.

Job Description:

• Oversee and manage project progress to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks
• Coordinate and communicate with team members and external partners to facilitate project workflow
• Develop and implement project plans and strategies, addressing challenges during execution
• Manage resource allocation to ensure efficient use of resources
• Report project progress to management regularly and provide recommendations

Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure work is proceeding according to plans and quality standards
• Assign detailed daily tasks to team members and provide necessary guidance for efficient operations
• Maintain and update daily progress records and project documents, including daily and weekly reports
• Address on-site issues promptly and propose effective solutions
• Review safety measures on-site to comply with company and regulatory standards, ensuring worker safety
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders through meetings or calls to report project updates and address concerns
• Inspect the use and storage of equipment and materials to ensure optimal usage and minimize waste
• Monitor team attendance and performance, providing training or guidance to enhance team efficiency
• Participate in regular project meetings to summarize progress and discuss improvement strategies
• Assist in preparing project budgets and cost reports, ensuring expenses are controlled within the budget

Assistant Engineer (Project Management )

Summary:

• Equipment set up for various systems, conduct testing & commissioning

• Follow up with clients in a timely manner

• Assist sales team with site survey & system design

• Provide support and manage project

• Perform troubleshooting & repair / replace faulty parts

• Provide onsite support to diagnose and rectify technical issue

• Ad hoc duties as required

Additional Information:

• Relevant educational qualifications in Diploma or Degree in Computer Science , Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronic or engineering field

• Proficient in Windows, Word, Power Point, Excel, and Access

• Able work independently and with other both indoor and outdoor locations

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

• Effective interpersonal skills for working in a team environment

• Able to work with deadlines and pressure

• Must have at least 1 year experience in handling cable wiring / electrical project

• Good working attitude and self-motivated

Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm

• Basic up to $4,200, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead project phases, ensuring adherence to resource, quality, and risk standards, while managing project profitability.
• Coordinate administrative aspects of projects, including reporting, claims, and invoice processing, up to final handover documentation.
• Identify and address project issues, proposing quality, risk, and administrative process improvements.
• Foster effective communication and negotiation, liaising between internal and external stakeholders to ensure project cohesion.
• Manage subcontractor integration, ensuring compliance with technical requirements.
• Interpret project drawings, identify discrepancies across trades, and develop resolutions.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution of alteration and addition (A&A) works to ensure on-time completion.
• Regularly update management and clients on project progress, maintaining transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

• A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Civil/Construction/Building Services Engineering, with a strong understanding of electrical installations or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, with at least 3 years in facilities/building maintenance.
• Proven leadership ability, with the skills to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Class 3 driving license is advantageous.
• Demonstrated commitment, positivity, and the drive to work independently and deliver excellence.
