This is where you’ll play a key role in team leadership, operational excellence, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of supervisors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
2. Operational Oversight: Assist the Business Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Engage with customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with the issuance of invoices.
4. Communication Facilitation: Act as a liaison between management, supervisors, and frontline staff to ensure smooth and effective communication.
5. Problem-Solving: Help resolve conflicts and operational issues by identifying and implementing effective solutions.
6. Training & Development: Coordinate training and L&D programme with Human Resource to enhance the skills and knowledge of supervisors and team members.
7. Reporting & Analytics: Support the Business Manager in analyzing sales and operational data, offering insights to optimize processes and improve fulfilment rates.
8. Ad-Hoc Support: Assist the Business Manager with other duties and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Valid Class 3 Driving License or Higher.
2. 3-5 Years of Supervisory Experience: Proven ability to manage teams effectively.
3. Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact professionally with both internal teams and customers.
4. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
5. Logistics Experience (Preferred but Not Required): Experience in the logistics or moving industry is a plus.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft 365).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of the Project.
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
• Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
• Ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Managing customer satisfaction within project transition period.
• Obtaining customer acceptance and approval for any variation requests.
• Follow up and ensure retention sum is recovered from main contractor/projects upon completion of project.
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
• Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Providing administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in project management.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
