Job Description

· Perform site survey with customer and contractor for in-building sites

· Designing network distribution (using IBWave preferred), compile site survey report for submission

· Supporting radio network planning & optimization projects for in-building and outdoor scenarios

· Performing drive/walk test including post processing and analysis (using NEMO, TEMS, etc)

· Performing RF optimization for 4G/5G sites and performance monitoring.

· Solving RF related problems, troubleshooting and identifying root cause for performance issues

· Being the technical point of contact with project stakeholders, vendors and customer

Requirements

· Tertiary education qualification majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics or related field

· Minimum 2 years of RF planning & optimization experience in LTE mobile network deployment.

· Excellent in the fundamentals of radio access technologies and antenna systems.

· Experience in multi-vendor wireless equipment operation and network optimization.

· Dedicated team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding projects to successful completion by maintaining high-quality standards, meeting budget requirements, and adhering to timelines. This role includes identifying key project execution elements, addressing potential challenges, and tracking man-hour usage across various engineering disciplines.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee projects ranging from $3 million to $20 million and beyond.
• Coordinate activities between different engineering disciplines, procurement, and construction teams.
• Perform contract assessments, conduct risk evaluations, and create contingency strategies.
• Plan and allocate resources for project teams and staff assignments.
• Develop and implement project policies regarding quality, safety, cost control, and scheduling.
• Lead project kick-off meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Draft and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and conduct cost analyses throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise EPC cost estimations and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Act as the company representative during client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage project documentation, handle design modifications, and ensure adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is preferred, along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant project management experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various engineering disciplines, including technical process expertise.
• Proficiency in fundamental project management principles, Basic Design, and P&ID.
• Experience with front-end engineering design, project planning, and scheduling tools.
• Proven experience in managing EPC projects within the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors.
• Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated capacity to inspire and guide teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven and capable of managing projects professionally and in accordance with company standards.
