Job Descriptions:

• Work with external parties and customers to plan, organize and direct activities for the assigned projects to ensure safe and smooth execution of project operations.
• Develop project schedules in compliance with customers’ requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop mechanisms to track the progression as scheduled in the field; and update the schedules on regular basis.
• Responsible for site activities, coordination and supervision work related to engineering and systems design.
• Ensure timely completion of all projects particularly the T/C schedules.
• Responsible for project management including meetings, coordination, supervision, submission of shop drawing including design & planning and submission of documentation & claims etc.
• Prepare and review project scope of work and cost estimation for procurement of hardware and services. Manage vendors and review their performance.
• Manage sub-contractors including planning and site activity.
• Assist project managers in drafting quotations, contracts and agreements.
• Liaise with consultants, architects and contractors and handle all technical matters.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma and/or Degree in engineering equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Prefer have relevant experience in ELV system (Security Access Control System, PA, Fire Alarm system, Structured Cabling & etc).
• Have strong knowledge in designing a system for ELV security system.
• Able to manage an ELV engineering projects cycle independently with minimum supervision.

Project Engineer

• Working days & time: 5.5days 9am – 6pm / 9am -1pm, alternate sat
• Location: Main Office at Pioneer, sometimes may travel to site
• Salary: $2500 - $3500

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Duty

• To conduct tools box briefing, planning and lead a team of electrician/worker to execute maintenance and/or project work

• Report to Project Manager on project status and any problems encounter
• Prepare sample submission, shop drawings, as built drawing and O&M submission
