Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Targets: Surpass sales goals by identifying and capturing new business prospects
• Product Promotion: Actively market and sell the company’s products to clients
• Representation: Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows and industry events when necessary
• Sales Documentation: Oversee all sales documentation, including contracts, quotations, orders, and invoices for clients.
• Coordination: Collaborate with customer service and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Customer Satisfaction: Foster and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels and promptly address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
• Sales Pipeline: Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and research.
• Customer Engagement: Regularly visit and meet with customers to build and strengthen relationships and uncover new sales opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of company’s product offerings and stay updated with industry trends.
• Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyse customer feedback to better enhance products and services.
• Professional Development: Continuously pursue professional development opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Reporting: Assist to prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
• Additional Duties: Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
Requirements:
• Experience: Preferably 3 years of experience in the food services industry, having existing contacts and networks to decision makers from Chinese Grilled Fish Diner Chains and Chinese Hotpot/Mala chains a plus.
• Language: Preferably bilingual, conversationally fluent in both English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients and vendors.
• Skills: Proficiency required in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Teams. Must have a positive and open attitude and mindset towards digitalization.
• Attributes: Proactive, determined and with a positive attitude. Pleasant personality who is independent and is able to conduct themselves in a professional and friendly manner to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Customer Service: Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours:
• 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
