As the Modernization Business Development Manager, you will have an opportunity to play a key role in the core of this. Your role is to support our business by driving our growth and sales strategy and helping to set a clear business direction. What will you be doing?

· Provide market insights on markets, customers & competitors

· Facilitate our Modernization strategy development (business analysis, growth strategy, direction and plans)

· Plan and strengthen our go-to-market models

· Manage and pilot selected strategic transformations and programs to develop the business

· Coach and support our country Modernization teams with their business plans, key developments and business understanding

· Support the local sales teams on sales management, sales process issue and growth bottlenecks

· Help clarify sales direction, activities and driving short-term performance
