• Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Project Management/ Building Services/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering or equivalent with a minimum 5 years (8 years for Diploma) of relevant experience in the commercial development/ asset enhancement environment
• Candidate should preferably demonstrate a flair for writing and have experience presenting to senior management level.
• Candidate should preferably be conversant and demonstrate a thorough understanding of Singapore’s authorities’ submission process, codes of practice and regulations and be well versed with the public sector procurement process.
• Strong project management skills and have experience working well in cross-functional teams in a large organisation is preferred.
• Experienced in preparing presentation slides using Microsoft PowerPoint is preferred.
