About the role

As a Business Support Executive at Knight Frank, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with the Managing Director to keep things running smoothly. What you will be doing:

• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Managing Director, including managing appointments, organizing meetings, preparing expense claims, and generating reports.

• Prepare detailed reports and polished presentation materials for board meetings, while recording accurate meeting minutes for timely distribution.
• Coordinate and prepare requests, review documents for accuracy and compliance, and efficiently manage Managing Agent agreements and other administrative tasks.
• Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and calls, responding or redirecting inquiries as necessary.
