• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their M&E-related needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly and effectively. Communicate proactively with tenants regarding planned maintenance activities, service disruptions, and safety precautions.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Building/Project Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of Experience in M&E such as ACMV, and Electrical services
• Must be familiar with submission process of building plans for local authorities' approval.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
