• Overall Project Management:
  • Responsible and track the quality, scope, timeline, effort (co-related to estimation, CR’s, complexity), resources (includes GTO, business, contractor, Professional Services resources as well as operations),

• Process Adherence: Partner with relevant stakeholders in ensuring that the system development methodology is followed and the relevant artefacts are delivered on time with quality, in adherence to the development methodology/approach
• Project Reporting: Measure, monitor and report progress to stakeholders at various levels of organization across the enterprise with the right quality, consistency in content. Implement project communication plan and review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required
• Run the bank: support WAR room, production incident facilitation for regional Channels Internet banking application across various countries. Engage with delivery, hosts team and other partners
• Change management: Led enhancements estimates, timelines, scope and agile delivery to quarterly releases as project manager

Key Requirements

Responsibilities

• Formulate and get approved the annual business change strategy of the Avaloq platform
• Create and get approved detailed business requirements documents for approved change requests, and co-design ideal solutions for said business requirements with the Bank’s IT teams
• Provide governance and testing support to ensure the quality and timeliness of all deliveries
• Conduct training of the Avaloq platform to new and existing end users
• Be the champion within the Bank to increase the adoption and stickiness of the Avaloq platform

Location & commitments

• Singapore-based role (office in Raffles Place), with ad-hoc regional business travel to Bank HQ when needed
• Office hours, but with ad-hoc weekend work to support the promotion of deliveries to Production

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering / Banking & Finance / Economics
• Expert in Avaloq platform functionalities, with at least 5 years of demonstrable similar experience from current or previous roles
• Exceptional problem-solving skills along with strong analytical and conceptual abilities
• Organised and takes an autonomous approach towards work
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong influencing skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English

Job Scope:

• Act as first Escalation point for emerging or sudden supply disruption and provide administrative support for all forecast, purchasing, inventory and logistic-related matters.

• Prepare weekly / monthly management meeting and business review decks.

• Establish and analyse SCM reports as needed.

• Recommend and deliver cost and process improvement opportunities.

• Drive improvement initiatives related to supply & inventory management to support the achievement of commercial goals.
