• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote services in Europe.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows across Europe.

2. Operations Responsibilities

a) Project Management

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects in Europe.
• Ensure project are delivered on time, within budget and meet European quality standards.

b) Resource Management

• Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization across European projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution in Europe.

c) Technical Support

• Provide technical expertise and support to project teams and clients within Europe.
• Troubleshooting and resolve technical issue that arise during project execution in Europe.

d) Stakeholder Communication

• Communication effectively with internal and external stakeholder to ensure transparency and alignment within Europe.
• Provide regular updates on project status and business development activities in Europe.

Requirements:

1. European citizenship
2. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / chemical engineering or equivalent work experience.
3. 3-5 years of experience in Sales / Business development.
4. Proficiency in both German (Deutsch) and English languages.
5. Flexible to be based in Germany and other European countries.
6. Strong analytical abilities and adept decision-making skills.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate all level within organization.
8. Exceptional teamwork and collaboration capabilities, both internally and externally.
9. Proven ability to multi-task and lead team to meet challenging deadlines and goals.
10. Ability to foster strong relationships from cross-functional and multi-cultural group.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor subcontractors' work in according to design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements, and local norms and regulations.
• Planning and detail engineering design, cost estimation, and design calculation.
• Work together with the tender specification's supplier or subcontractor to acquire a quotation.
• Ensure the provided materials meet the specifications and drawings.
• Execute preparing weekly documentations and work schedules.
• Ensure adherence to building performance, quality, time and cost schedules, and safety requirements by managing and supervising employees and subcontractors.
• Provide support for any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 6-9 years working experience in a similar industry.
• Knowledgeable with local construction practices, M&E details & working drawings.
• Competent with MS Office Applications and IT Software.
