Position: Business Operations Analyst (Client and Portfolio Analyst)

Duration: 6-8 Months

Location: Singapore , Central

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage client and portfolio data in various systems, including Blackrock Aladdin, IRIS, and Market MEDM

- Set up and maintain securities, map internal and external systems for end-to-end data quality

- Research and resolve issues, handle queries and system exceptions related to held securities

- Monitor pricing exceptions, compare prices with different data vendors, and update reports

- Upload bulk requests using bulk up-loaders and macro-enabled loaders

- Ensure data accuracy and quality, follow procedural guidelines, and validate supporting documentation

- Liaise with data vendors, requestors, and management to resolve issues and improve processes

- Provide training to team members and new joiners on roles and responsibilities

- Coordinate with onshore leads to understand requirements, concerns, and improvements needed

- Perform daily reviews of team tasks for accuracy and precision

- Monitor mailbox for alerts and requests, and set up valid securities in the system

- Maintain client data within the client central repository, including onboarding new clients, updates, amendments, hierarchy changes, static data updates, mergers, and deactivations

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in Investment/Asset management domain

Roles and Responsibilities:

This candidate will be working on in-house application - digimarkets Wealth. The candidate will have to interact with users such as RM from PB, Product team, tech teams, UX/UI Designers.

Candidates should have Treasury Market domain expertise in Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives.

Part of a scrum team handling Treasury & Markets Projects/Enhancements

Facilitate requirements workshops to engage the various stakeholders such as Front Office, Supporting Unit users, UX/UI Designers, Technology to elicit and validate business requirements.

Lead and manage issues during UAT/Sprints, and ensure all requirements have proper traceability.

Possess strong business & technical subject matter knowledge.

Understanding of multi-asset class products e.g., Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives, FX, FX Derivatives, Interest Rate Swaps, etc.

Analyzing and defining the interface structure between applications using protocols such as REST API, KAFKA.

Leverage the subject matter experts in T&O in delivery of structured and well-thought through solutions.

Become an effective “bridge” between users and technology.

Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Respond promptly to issues raised, through good understanding of business, operational and technical considerations, and recommend sound solutions.

Requirements :-

· Education – Bachelor or higher degree preferably in business or Computer Science IT

· At least 6-8 years working as a Business Analyst.

· Possess strong business & technical subject matter knowledge.

· Ability to run and manage projects independently.

· Working experience with Wealth users is an advantage.

· Experience in Agile delivery will be an advantage.

· Must be organized, able to work with minimal supervision, flexible to switch and work on different projects and manage them in a timely manner.

· Experience working on Jira, Confluence will be an advantage.

What You Will Do

What You Bring
