• To be competent in overseeing site installation including but not limited to manpower allocation, problem solving, coordination with other trades and to attneding client FAT, SAT, T&C. Also to manage HSE & safety requirements

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical (Mechatronics) engineering or other related studies.
• At least 5 years project management experience in Construction industry.
• Project experience in multiple trades is advantageous
• To be fluent in ACMV knowledge & installation - CHWP, VRV, VRF systems.
• Driving license and own transport preferred.

• Lead, plan and manage assigned projects within the business group, in accordance with organizational and project goals, such as budget, timelines and quality, to ensure successful achievement of project objectives and deliverables.

• Act as the single point of contact for entire scope of activities for the designated account in the areas of Cyber Security System and Services, system infrastructure, implementation, network architecture, security polies enhancement, security patching and risk mitigation, security incidents/audits and as well operation support and system maintenance.

• Plan, coordinate and prepare implementation strategies to meet key project milestones such as delivery, tests and payment milestones.

• Managing integration of various Cyber Security System components of the project including hardware, software installation, testing, business process review, redesign, application compatibility testing, data migration and data conversion etc. Familiar with Cloud System Project and implementation, Cyber Forensic software / package is an advantage.

• Create project specifications, schedules, planning, execution, operation as well as securing of resource requirements.

• Overall coordination and management of cyber security related projects through its whole project lifecycle and ensure that projects are delivered on time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.

• At least 3 years of experience (as project manager or technical project manager) and proficient in project management (Cloud System Environment) with proven track record of completing multi-million dollar IT projects from contract award to system commissioning within a technically complex and demanding environment.

• At least 3 years of IT outsourcing experience with proven ability to work in large groups and managing multiple projects. Project Management experience in Government IT Services Management is an added advantage.

• PMP / CITPM certification and/or Cyber Security Certification (e.g CISSP) or its equivalent is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan, script, execute, prepare reports and statistics, communicate to users, and resolve all issues related to system.

• Troubleshooting system and data issues, refining scripts, and execute/ re-run data and document migration where required.

• Conduct user gathering, training sessions with users where applicable.

• Prepare and update documentations and reports where required.

• Identify system or data deficiencies and discrepancies, and recommends appropriate improvements and changes.

Job Knowledge/Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management of medium or large scale projects in government related projects.

• Must have experience in designing, coding, testing and implementing Java System Applications.

• Experience in designing and implementing C#, ASP.NET systems using OO related concepts in N-Tier architecture will be advantageous

• 5 years of experience in Project Management of medium or large scale projects

• Experience in project delivery in systems integration

The Role

• Ensure research efforts are aligned between the Artificial Intelligence (AI) CoE and business objectives.
• Coordinate and manage research projects, events, and meetings effectively.
• Develop partnerships and create mutually beneficial programs with external research collaborators.
• Strengthen the operational framework of the AI CoE to enhance research efficiency.
• Suggest and implement initiatives for publicity and advocacy to raise the visibility of the AI CoE.

Requirements

• A Master's degree or higher in computer science, statistics, engineering, applied mathematics, data science, or a related field; a PhD is preferred.
• Solid understanding of research project workflows, supported by previous experience in a research institution or industry.
• Exceptional project management capabilities, ensuring successful planning and execution of initiatives.
