• To report and assist Project Manager (PM) on project functions.
• To assist Project Manager in project planning, implementation and to coordinate all construction works on the project site are in accordance to the master and detailed work program;
• To prepare, plan and submit project related documents, such as schedules, method statement, design plan, risk assessment, monthly report, quotation, etc;
• Supervise the execution of the construction works and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with contract specification/bills of quantities, construction drawings, companies quality standards, Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) practices and all other contract document;
• To coordinate and liaise with Clients representatives, relevant Authorities, Consultant, Subcontractors, Suppliers, etc. on all project aspects and need be to provide all technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation;
• To liaise with client or consultant for site inspections, submission of necessary technical reports and ensure necessary records are maintained at site.
• To prepare progress payments and claims;
• To attend regular meetings with Clients Representative, Consultants and/or Contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule
• To coordinate with site personnel to ensure timely delivery of goods/materials.
• To coordinate with management, site personnel and suppliers for manpower, material and equipment scheduling.

• Working with the Project Manager in charge and contract management, carrying out site supervision of contractors’ teams
• Review Contractor submissions and assess progress claims with QS
• Manage and work closely with RTOs, STOs, WSHOs, and PROs assigned to the project
• Systematically manage and update daily data on all records of the program

To be a successful candidate you shall possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in site supervision of civil engineering. Experience in Sewerage or Water Main projects in Singapore will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

· Detailed schedule planning and progress management based on the given outline plan.

· Providing feedback to the designer to further improve the defined process and procedure based on the experience during the actual site works.

· Guiding and providing instructions to the sub-team members.

· Manage and maintain the tools used in the site work.

· Consolidating information, creating report, and troubleshooting in case of technical problem during the site work.

· Supervising sub-team members during the site works to keep the works safe.

· Perform system monitoring work for 350 numbers of roadside systems at site.

· Manage error information that occurs on a daily basis and request investigation to the maintenance team.

· Management of list of malfunctioning devices and creation of repair reports for them. Withdraw replacement items needed for repairs and monitor the repair process.

· Plan the arrangement of resources necessary for the project, such as workers, vehicles, and tools, obtain approval from the cost controller, and submit orders to procurement department.

· Monitor the appropriateness of resource usage by managing worker attendance, managing vehicle inspection and maintenance records, and taking inventory of tools.
