   Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance with project requirements.
   
6. Cost Management:Work with project managers to monitor and control project costs.
   Track expenses, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
   
7. Schedule Management:Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules.
   Monitor progress and identify potential delays, implementing strategies to keep the project on schedule.
   
8. Risk Management:Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
   Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
   
9. Health and Safety Compliance:Ensure that construction activities adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
   Collaborate with safety professionals to implement and enforce safety protocols.
   
10. Communication:Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including project managers, clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
    Provide regular updates on project progress and address concerns or issues as they arise.
    
11. Documentation:Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders.
    Prepare and submit reports as required.
    
12. Closeout and Handover:Coordinate the completion of punch lists and final inspections.
    Facilitate the turnover of the project to the client, ensuring all required documentation is provided.

Responsibilities

• System design, diagrams.
• Programming, Testing &Commission, trouble shooting.
• Product pre-testing.
• Preparing project ‘engineering package’ according to standard.
• Site inspections; Coordination with PM, client (when needed), third parties, sub-contractors.
• Review and supervision of all equipment installations, wiring, according to product manuals.
• Coordinate all customer service issues and managing relations with all existing clients within assigned region.
• Ensure quality of services following company standards and policies strictly, to deliver prompt and efficient response to all service requests within assigned region.
• Provide routine preventive maintenance.
• Handle daily trouble-shooting, follow up all open technical issues till the problems resolved.
• Take over service issues from Project team after External Hand Over done.
• Diagram update after HO.
• Manage service sub-contractors and ensure them following up company standards and policies

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or above in Electronic, Computer, Automatization or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of project engineer working experience (security-related preferred).
• Experience in security system field with knowledge of Access Control, CCTV and Alarm System would be an added advantage.
• Basic IT knowledge in hardware, network and database.
• Strong analytical skill and problem-solving ability.
• Strong self-learning ability, work independently

Job Duties

• Reports to Project Manager
• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programs
• Liaise with Consultants on technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
• Lead a group of supervisors and ensure site progress is on schedule
• Maintain quality standards and carry out site inspections

Requirements

• Recognized Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent. PE Board recognized degree is preferred
• 8-10 years’ experience in building or civil engineering project
• Experience in architectural works will be an advantage
• Technical competence
• Knowledge in BIM/VDC is an advantage
