Job Description

• Work closely with the distributors to manage and build the key account business.
• Work closely with the distributors on the business execution plan within the approve budget.
• Lead in the execution of all plans, programs and activities for the distributor market as outlined by the marketing calendar for that market.
• Coordinate all Public Relations events in the market as outlined in the Activities plan.
• Coordinate, manage and implement all business plans and programs approved by the International Business Group.
• Coordinate, manage and implement all approved trade marketing plans and programs.
• Provide regular update key stakeholders on the business plans and execution status of the programs.
• Market checks to ensure shelves are stocked, competitor pricing/promo checks and reporting and feedback on trends/category developments in market

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' experience in key account management within consumer industries with Regional Market, Commercial, Market Penetration, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector and Distributor Management experience.
• Trade Marketing experience for consumer products is a must
• Proven experience in Regional Commercial and Distributor Management (mandatory).
• Product introduction experience is a major plus
• Significant regional market experience, particularly in Southeast Asia and similar markets
• Joint venture management skills are highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently in foreign countries.

Key Responsibilities

1) Digital onboarding project
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing to ensure that digital onboarding platform meets business requirements and provides seamless user experience
- Detect and document any defects, including functional, usability and performance related problems
- Collaborate closely with project managers and developers to communicate findings and provide feedback
- Offer recommendations for improvements to the digital onboarding journey

2) Perform account opening (KYC-Siron Project)
- Conduct thorough KYC checks to verify the identity of new customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Assist with account opening process for new customers by completing all necessary documentation
- Perform financial spreading for new loan credit applications

- Perform a targeted number of UAT test cases and regression test cases on a daily basis
- Follow up on defects and perform re-testing when defects have been fixed by developers
- Conduct a targeted number of KYC checks on a daily basis

Job Requirements:

- Experience with system testing tools and software e.g. JIRA
- Understanding of user interface and user experience (UIUX) design
- Experience with digital onboarding platform
- Understanding of KYC and AML regulations
- Understanding of credit spreading knowledge

Requirements

Tertiary Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.

CA, CIA or CISA certifications

3 - 5 years relevant experience in financial, operational and compliance audits.

Proficient in internal control policies and business process controls

Meticululous with strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills

Able to work in a teams as well as independently with minimal supervision

Good report writing, communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in Data or Business Analytics tools would be an added advantage
