Job Responsibilities:
§ To conduct and carry out TBM and allocate the task to supervisors and team.
§ Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly and Monthly construction report.
§ To monitor the site progress and highlight obstructions to carry out works.
§ Ensure site team perform all the activities in safe and effective manner.
§ Assist in technical studies and prepare cost estimates.
§ Assist in project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
§ Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
§ Assist in project planning and scheduling.
§ Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
§ Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
§ Maintains project data base, entering and backing up data.
§ Prepare the site progress photos for progress claim submission and variation works claim.
§ Execute the construction team requirements and translating them into an actionable plan by team of workers.
§ Attend daily site coordination / logistic meeting.
§ Prepare handing over document and close-out NCR’s.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum Qualification : Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management
2. Minimum Experience : 3 years related experience
