Job descriptions
1. HR Business Partner - Work with multiple departments to support business needs, e.g. talent acquisition with involvement in recruitment operations, learning & development, handling employee relations, etc
2. Talent Management & Performance Appraisal - Support Senior Manager to lead and execute Performance appraisal process in TTAP, including backend system management for SAP SuccessFactors.
3. Compensation & Benefits – Partner Senior Manager to conduct compensation and benefits analysis on a periodic basis to drive the company’s pay philosophy, as well as oversee payroll and benefits operations of Senior Coordinator.
4. Staff Engagement – Lead annual Engagement Survey’s execution, review and analysis for countermeasures and follow-up actions to be taken with various stakeholders.
5. HR Systems Management (SAP SuccessFactors, Timesoft)
a. Maintain and ensure internal HR systems are aligned with organization and staff needs, such as identifying opportunities for operations improvement (e.g. reduce administrative tasks, empower employees to self-manage HR enquiries)
b. Project management for system enhancements (which involve reviewing of workflow processes and standard operating procedures).
6. Other ad-hoc projects, administrative duties, such as ensuring compliance with government regulations/ requests, and GM’s task support as and when necessary.
Job Requirements
· At least 5 years experience in HR
· Self-motivated, critical thinker who can adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Possess good communication and presentation skills, enjoys working with people.
· Meticulous and conscientious; able to work with numbers
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, data visualization tools are an added advantage.
· Minimum Degree holder
