Requirements

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineer Board
• At least 3 - 5 year(s) of relevant experiences in construction industry
• Knowledge of Autocad would be an advantage
• Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
• 5.5 days work week

• Master or Bachelor of Architecture equipvalent (Recognised by BOA).
• Registration with BOA an advantage.
• Proficient in ACAD, Sketch up, Revit and/or ArchiCad.

Key Job Responsibilities include:

• Key business partner to the Operations team & other business teams and to provide support on all financial analysis supporting business decisions
• Oversee the process, modeling, data validation and analysis to achieve accurate and driver based Budget and Forecasts supported by the right narrative
• Responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of monthly reporting requirements

Job Requirements:

• Min. Chartered Accountant / CPA with at least 5 to 6 years of relevant experience, with some experience in managing a team. Experience with experience in Big 4 and B2B/retail will be an advantage
• Sharp business acumen, ability to apply a fresh view to enhance process efficiencies for continual improvements
• Team player with high interpersonal competence, high motivation and positive work attitude.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with capability to proactively map out next steps and break through potential stalemate situations.
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in MS-Excel, business modelling
• Proficiency in SAP and Power BI will be an added advantage
