We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual with strong understanding of data platforms, business / data analysis, analytics, and financial data to join our team as the Customer Success Lead for Data Platform.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external clients, to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate customers on the features and capabilities of the Data Platform.
Gather feedback from customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer success and satisfaction.
Proactively monitor customer usage patterns and intervene when necessary to address potential issues or challenges.
Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing insights and feedback to product development and engineering teams.
Collaborate with the product team to prioritize and implement customer-driven enhancements to the Data Platform.
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and create a community for customers to exchange ideas and best practices.
Proven experience in Data analysis, customer success or similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics, and financial data.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze customer data and feedback to drive strategic decision-making.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
