Responsibilities:
o Plan, organize, and execute development projects (such as ESS etc..) from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
o Define project requirements, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and project team members.
o Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to effectively manage project activities and meet project milestones and deadlines.
o Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including customer, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, to achieve project goals.
o Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges and ensure project success.
o Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders through regular meetings, reports, and presentations.
o Manage project budgets, expenditures, and financial forecasts to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints and financial targets are met.
o Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, motivate team members, and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification in project management may be preferred.
- Extensive experience in project management, preferably in the energy storage industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels, including internal team members, contractors, suppliers, and customers.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid, and experience in applying them to different project scenarios.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate project objectives, progress, and risks to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Atlassian Jira, for planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
- Deep understanding of project management principles, processes, and best practices, including project planning, risk management, change management, and quality management.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines governing ESS development, including safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry codes of practice.
- Being a good team player.
Preferably:
· Professional certifications in project management, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification will be plus.
