Requirements:

• Possess an Electrical Engineering course or related fields.
• Possess at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in M&E industry

Job Description

• Negotiate and prepare bids for tenders and contracts.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, quotations, and cost estimates.
• Manage project costing from early design plans to project completion.
• Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, conveying project updates to stakeholders.
• Document and track actions and decisions from stakeholder meetings.
• Formulate, maintain, and oversee project plans and schedules.
• Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors in pre-contract or post-contract and procurement administration.
• Collaborate with the Project Engineer and Architectural Supervisor to manage all M&E-related aspects.
• Source required materials and vendors, handle interim progress claims, variation orders, and subcontractor claims, and liaise with consultants and customers.
