Responsibilities
Expansion of Active Centres scale
- Site searches for upcoming Active Centres to ensure accessibility and coverage.
- This would include identification of sites on Geospace, updating/verification of sites on OneTool and working with HDB and AIC on the suitability and availability of site.
- Compiling project specifications and site mapping info for publication
- Work with vendors and stakeholders on providing necessary info such as floor plans.
- Site assessment which includes area and demand analysis e.g., check for existing assets in the sub-region and etc
Other work pieces (non-Active Centres)
- Finance matters, which include tracking of funds, disbursement of funds Active Centres' programme funding, submitting budget requests and progress updates, and audits.
- Tenancy renewals
- Issuance of pre-ops funding for Senior Care Centres
- Drafting and issuance of Letter of Award (LOA)
Requirements:
- Degree holder with >3 years’ experiences in ops /finance /admin work.
- Must be able to work independently with the ability to think critically and write well.
- Ability to communicate and work well with stakeholders.
