Duties and Responsibility·

Assist Project Manager to oversee all daily construction activities on site to meet project progress and quality goals.

· Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety and environmental regulations

· Ensure all works are carried out in compliance to QA/QC requirements

· Convey proper instructions to subcontractors to ensure all installation works are executed in accordance with approved construction drawings details

· To manage construction difficulties, safety risk and other technical issues

· Prepare installation sequence & micro schedule for respective façade elements according to construction drawings

· Coordinate with Subcontractors on all matters pertaining to site installation and quality issues

· Monitor and update daily project/site progress report

· Maintain proper records of Site Inspection Reports, materials deliveries and site activities

· Arrange & Coordinate Site Testings and Inspections with Vendors and RTO/RE

The role of an Advance Care Planning (ACP) Programme Coordinator involves facilitating appropriately staged ACP discussions with patient and/or their family members, to document decisions reflective of patient’s wishes and plans for future care. You will work closely with multidisciplinary professionals and community partners to facilitate holistic care for patients.
