Your key responsibilities

• Part of a core engagement team working on a CXO level strategy and transformation agenda – projects range from market entry strategy, growth / turnaround strategy, go-to-market strategy, commercial due diligence, post-merger integration, divestments, cost and organization transformation and rapid value creation.
• Lead an independent module of an engagement – structuring the module, gathering data and conducting analysis and creating recommendations, sharing and aligning findings with the client
• Managing a team of 2-3 junior consultants

Main purpose of the job

The Integration Lead plays a supporting role in bridging the gap between global and regional organisations and connecting Global Procurement Office with Asahi Group Holdings with respect to dedicated categories. He/She act in aligmnet with the respecive Category Director, Category team and the Liason Director. Beyond that, the purpose of this job is to oversee, implement, and optimize procurement strategies and operations across the organization, as well as foster unity across regions and promote the sharing of best practices and knowledge. The role involves managing supplier relationships, executing strategic sourcing plans, and implementing category strategies to maximize business value. It also entails risk management, with a focus on price volatility, supplier stability, and product or service availability. Accountabilities and deliverables

Job Duties:

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation projects within the APAC region
• Identify, understand, and define customer needs, objectives, and business requirements in order to propose solutions that can best meet their requirements.
• Deep understanding and expertise in S/4HANA SAP MM module, which includes purchasing, invoice verification, inventory management, etc. and its integration with other modules like Finance and Plant Maintenance.
• Maintain a high-level knowledge of SAP’s procurement solution suite in the specialization area of responsibility.
• Designs workflows specific to business process outcomes and understands how to develop and integrate a proposed solution into a customer's existing business and technical environment.
• Be actively involved in the solution implementation to ensure that solutions are accurately scoped and delivered in line with customer expectations.

Requirements:

• 10 years in SAP Ariba project management, full implementation, application design, and in development and configuration of technology solutions to support P2P business processes.
