Responsibilities:
- Participate in new projects, continuous improvement projects and change requests, with focus on the functional aspect such as gathering business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and transform requirements into system configurations and functional solutions
- Perform system configurations, installation, data migration and testing as well as working on integration between SAP B1 and other business applications, e.g., SAP ECC, Concur, Salesforce and SharePoint
- Work closely with SAP B1 COE team, business stakeholders specifically Finance and Supply Chain users, business process owners as well as vendors
- Providing L1/L2 support and training to user pool of 300+
- Continuously enhance/improve knowledge of new functionalities and technology in SAP and apply to current platform
- Write and own in-house product documentation and related training materials
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in full cycle implementation (especially Finance, Supply Chain, Production and Master Data) in a SAP Functional capacity
- Good in SQL, crystal report and good understanding of B1IF (SAP B1 Integration Framework) and reporting tools such as Power BI, MS Excel, and MS Access
- Knowledge of other forms of integration between SAP B1 and external applications such as ODBC, SharePoint, API, etc.
- Experience in stakeholder management (both with business and IT vendors) and project management
- Degree holder in IT related field of study
