We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Devt Executive to join our team, specializing in commercial furniture sales. As a Business Development Executive, the person will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting our extensive range of commercial furniture products, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect potential clients in the commercial sector, including businesses, offices, hotels, and
other relevant establishments.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions based on their requirements.
• Build relationships with Architects & Designers in the commercial sector as well as project managers to
introduce the business & geng specified in projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including designers and project managers, to ensure seamless project
execution and client satisfaction.
• Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our commercial furniture products to clients,
highlighting their quality, functionality, and design.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients.
• Negoate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, aiming to achieve win-win outcomes.
• Foster and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and
repeat business.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business
opportunities.
• Organize and attend gatherings or networking events to expand the client base and promote our brand.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall sales growth and profitability of the company.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in Sales on Building Materials, Furniture, or any related industry
• Previous experience in sales, ideally in the commercial furniture industry or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of commercial furniture products, including different materials, designs, and applications.
• Familiarity with design and space planning concepts is a plus.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
