Job Responsibilities:
· Assist to manage CP brand and outsourced brands' products portfolio
· Liaise with suppliers on new product developments including price negotiations, product specifications and packaging requirements.
· Engage new suppliers which aligns with company’s business directions for new product development or product partnership opportunities.
· To analyze market trends and propose suitable new product developments that would be beneficial to the company and customers.
· Liaise with local partners for product export opportunities to overseas branches.
· Conduct product / category performance reports and work on action plans together with sales and marketing team.
· Work with sales and marketing team on pricing, promotion, and marketing strategies for assigned products.
· Use a combination of internal and external data sources to identify gaps and opportunities of assigned product categories.
· Support new product launches, assist in marketing events.
· Support any ad-hoc activities assigned when required
The role will be reporting to the Assistant Product Manager under the Brand team.
Requirements:
Ø Candidate should possess at least a Diploma or relevant studies.
Ø Prior working experience in FMCG or related industries will be a bonus
Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications, especially excel formula and reporting functions.
Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ø Focused and goal-oriented
Ø Ability to work independently and as part of a team
