SHEIN is seeking a senior product compliance specialist who will be responsible for managing the Company’s product compliance concerns in the APAC (ex-Mainland China) region and working closely with the product compliance functions globally. Key Responsibilities:

• Product Lifecycle Management:

• Reporting & Analytics:
  Track product performance post-launch, including sales trends and customer feedback. Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations for optimizing product offerings.
• Bilingual Communication:
  Communicate fluently in both English and Chinese with internal teams, suppliers, and manufacturers. This includes writing emails, product specifications, and technical documents in both languages.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the fashion industry. Experience with sourcing from China and dealing with manufacturers is a significant advantage.
