Responsibilities

• Continuous Service Improvement: Add value to Data Centre Operations by identifying improvement opportunities to sharpen Production stability, stakeholders experience and overall service quality.
• Identifying opportunities for automation within production processes to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention.
• Timely escalation and communication of major incidents such as escalation matrix, leading, driving, facilitating, and chairing all investigation activities.
• Being accountable for resolving the incident with workaround or permanent solution.
• Participate in troubleshooting system and network connectivity problems before escalation.
• Monitoring production metrics and performance indicators to ensure targets are met.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards in production.
• Other ad-hoc duties as instructed
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a degree in IT/ Computer Science
  Candidate must have at least 5 years of IT experience as Level 1 Production Operations engineer.

• ATE Test Program Design and Development for new products (Production and Characterization Test)
• Design/Develop Final Test Loadboard and Wafersort Probecard
• Perform Characterization Testing, prepare test specifications, define tests, conditions, criteria, etc.
• Solid digital and mixed-signal programming experience on ATE using C++/VB language, and scripting
• Monitor and manage production test yields, maverick lots, engineering lots, product test log maintenance, product data statistical process, characterization data process.
• Hands-on test debugging, RMA analysis, and improving test solutions (Hardware and Software)
• Establish cost-effective production test solutions
• Develop team technical competency.
• Build product test plan, schedule, resources requirement and project tracking and execution.
• Conduct product test and releases review, approve the test program releases.
• Maintain and improve the product test process.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics)
• Minimum 5-yrs ATE Test Program Development (C++ and/or VB)
• Experience in Test HW Development (Loadboard and Probecard)
• Hands-on development experience is a must with Teradyne J750 ATE testers, IG-XL test programming
• Hands-on development experience with Chroma and other main stream testers.
• Preferred: Knowledge in AEC Q100 automotive qualification guidelines, experience in the automotive test flow, AEC Q100 data analysis, wafer and FT lot process.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Product Marketing manager, New Distributor Markets, to join our team. This role will be based in Singapore

Position Overview:

This person will report directly to the General Manager for Distributor Markets, APAC. This person will also work closely with the product development team in our US office on product assortment in our new distributor markets.

Essential Responsibilities

Product Localization and Development

• Own product assortment in new distributor markets (Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia and new market), including configurations, color, features & benefits
• Work closely with Product Development and Program Coordinators at US Boston headquarter to ensure new products are on cost, on time, and with the right features & benefits for the local consumer and market
• Implement local product strategies in line with global product strategies to strengthen market position. Develop all on-box and in-box collateral within global guidance.
• Product guidance to Sales and Marketing team on product claims, demonstration development, channel choices and pricing, and after service.

Market Trend

• Be able to timely and accurately research, monitor and analyze the dynamics of competitors, and propose corresponding countermeasures.
• Identify market trend to develop agile product portfolio strategy for new business area.
• Be involved and embedded in consumer insights and research studies to inform market opportunity with customers and consumers' trend and identify potential category

Requirements：

• At least 10 years of product experience, especially in product development and implementation
• Experience in Consumer Electronics. Small domestic appliances experience is preferred.
• BA degree or equivalent
• Skill set to implement new products with focus on the user experience and technical aspects.
• Powerful project management / leadership skills which will enable cross-functional collaboration to develop and deliver robust plans.
• Analytics and financials skills.
• Multi-function capacity and flexibility to deal with ambiguous situations.
• Communication skills with excellent English. There will be intensive daily communication with Boston head office Product Marketing team which will require strong English skills.
• Will work with the Marketing Communications team to ensure all messaging / tone and manner consistency.
• Periodical APAC regional travel, possibility to visit Boston head office depending on responsible project.
