Our client carries a diverse portfolio of prominent consumer healthcare products across multiple categories.
This is a new role which as arisen due to growing business needs. The product executive will be responsible for driving the revenue, market share and profit growth of the assigned portfolio of products in the respective business channels. If you possess at least 2 years’ experience in product management & brand marketing in the FMCG / Pharmaceutical Consumer healthcare industry, we'd love to speak to you.
Responsibilities
Support & execute the annual Go-To-Market strategy for the assigned portfolio of products, based on segmentation principles, pricing strategy and other marketing concepts.
Create and execute the marketing plans to drive growth of sales, market share and profits that is in line with the annual sales targets.
Conduct consumer insight researches to support the brand development strategies.
Identify growth opportunities and develop plans to gain market share in the identified segments.
Foster and maintain strong relationship with Key Opinion Leaders.
Support the launch new products where applicable.
Support and monitor the utilization of marketing A&P effectively.
Collaborate and coordinate with sales, supply chain and regulatory teams to ensure execution of marketing plan and gaining maximum Return of Investment on marketing investment.
Provide bi-weekly results of portfolio sales trends and performance and tracking of execution plans
Support the sales team through joint-calls in the field for at least 2 days per month (once bi-weekly).
