• Ensure end of day batch process is getting completed successfully for multiple applications across country on every day.
• Correlate events across multiple systems to narrow down potential root causes of problems.
• Own production operational issues by issuing initial response, data gathering, tracking, and resolution where possible as well as determining escalation protocol based on the nature of the issue
• Ability to direct multiple resources on cross functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex systems issues
• Investigate production issues and provide workaround to user to move business forward. And engage analysis to L3/Vendor team for further investigation
• Manage and respond to users on timely manner for reported production issues/clarification
• Monitor production activities/processes to ensure timely and effective reporting, tracking, follow-up and communication of problems to internal and external clients, technical resources, and executives
• Perform Disaster Recovery (DR) exercise for multiple applications across all country on every year
• Generate one time report as per user request/audit request
• Run problem governance call with business user , Dev and Vendor to prioritize problem tickets and ensure to review before problem ticket get resolved
• Ensure to bring-up all service after system maintenance / OS patching / DB patching activity

Key Requirements:

• Min 4 years of hands-on experience in, Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Oracle, Micro Service, UNIX, CTRL+M technology related supported applications.
• Hands-on experience in IT Operations/Production support L2/L3.
• Experience in ITIL process and tools like Splunk, Control-M is a plus.
• Strong analytical & trouble shooting skills required.
• Experience in Disaster Recovery planning and test execution.
• Exhibits problem solving skills and shows flexibility in supporting evolution in process, standards, and strategy.
• Experience working in financial services industry supporting mission critical applications is a big plus.

Position Purpose:

This role as Product Executive will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. Together with the Senior Brand Manager, this role will oversee, orchestrate and execute the brand’s product planning and retail execution, creating a consistent and engaging brand experience that is consumer focused.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel & Retail Marketing

• Be the key marketing liaison - Develop and implement a go-to-market channel marketing plan including promotion, animation, communication, partnerships and consumer activations.
• Ensures timely and perfect execution of all marketing activations offline and online at all times.
• Analyse potential partner relationships for product range, positioning strategy, pricing and promotions.
• Communicate effectively with all channel partners to align, plan and execute all product and trade marketing objectives, plans and activations before, during and post animation.
• Deepen channel customer development through New User program activations.

Product Management

• Consolidate and update regional team of post campaign reports and provide sales results and analysis monitor. Report all ROI of all programs for management reporting and feedback.
• Responsible for all free goods management for product launches and trade and retailer activities.
• Management and tracking flow of product registration in Singapore to ensure timely registration.
• Conduct market trend analysis, monitor competitors’ moves and plan proactive actions
• Responsible for the seamless execution of all product launches and trade marketing activities following the Marketing Calendar in collaboration with VM, sales and training team, with the aim to build brand awareness, recruit new customers, retain existing customers and increase purchase consumption.
• Business and channel sales performance tracking and analysis, launch follow-up and action plan development.
• Implement Door-by-Door Marketing plan (events and promotions)
• Budget Management: Responsible for full A&P management

Administrative Duties

• Includes routine administrative duties such as vendor/PO creation and others as briefed.

• Diploma or Degree holder specializing in Business / Marketing

• Preferable with minimum 2 year of product or marketing experience
• Strong ability to multi-task; strong project management skills with good time management ability.
• Proficient in MS Office, strong in excel (pivot table, vlookup)
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical skills with ability to grasp numbers
• Good business insights to the industry and strong business acumen.
