Responsibilities

• Continuous Service Improvement: Add value to Data Centre Operations by identifying improvement opportunities to sharpen Production stability, stakeholders experience and overall service quality.
• Identifying opportunities for automation within production processes to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention.
• Timely escalation and communication of major incidents such as escalation matrix, leading, driving, facilitating, and chairing all investigation activities.
• Being accountable for resolving the incident with workaround or permanent solution.
• Participate in troubleshooting system and network connectivity problems before escalation.
• Monitoring production metrics and performance indicators to ensure targets are met.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards in production.
• Other ad-hoc duties as instructed
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a degree in IT/ Computer Science
  Candidate must have at least 5 years of IT experience as Level 1 Production Operations engineer.

The Product Executive is primarily responsible for the marketing and sales of landscape products such as fertilizers and chemicals. The job holder is required to maintain relationships with customers by providing service support, information, quotations and recommendations of products.

CORE ROLES AND CRITICAL WORK FUNCTIONS

• Network to get sales leads (eg build relationships with building industry players and professionals), engage the prospects, understand their needs, recommend solutions and convert them to sales (covering landscape products such as fertilizers and chemicals)
• Promote and merchandise products through running retail campaigns and supporting in-store promotions and roadshows.
• Maintain relationships with customers by providing service support, information, quotations and recommendations of products.
• Monitor,collate and analyse competitors’ activities, business models, sales, promotion schemes and market share developments.
• Involve in inventory forecasting, ordering and sales analysis.
• Conduct talks, workshops and training as and when required.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Diploma or Degree or equivalent in Agriculture/Botany/Horticulture/Forestry, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities:

• Execute plant trials and plant production in the nursery according to customers’ requirements

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Horticulture/Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry
• Preferably At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Ability to work independently, Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Class 2 or 3 driving license an advantage

Seeking for Junior L2 Production Support (1 year contract under employment agency payroll)

Candidates with a Degree in Computer Science, able to work shift hours even on weekends and holiday, have hands on experience in SQL and Linux (Will be required to pass a Hackerrank assessment and demonstrate their proficiency in SQL and Linux during the technical interview) and able to handle pressure and heavy workload

This role provide support to the Development team, keep the app running, perform application health check, recovery

Location: Changi Business Park

Full budget: $3500 to $4200 (company do not provide any bonus or allowance)

Shift Timing (Working 5 days a week, Must support including night shift, weekends and public holidays)

• Morning shift: 6am to 3pm
• General shift: 9am to 6pm
• Afternoon shift: 2pm to 11pm
• Night shift: 10pm to 7am

Transport is claimable for before 7am (for morning shift 6am to 3pm), after 11pm (afternoon shift 2pm to 11pm)

Requirement

• Degree in IT or Computer Science
• Must have hands on experience with command line in SQL & Linux (required to pass a online hackerrank assessment based on SQL / Linux, demonstrate SQL & Linux)
• Only for candidates who is able to commit to working shift even on night shift, weekends and public holidays
• Need to have eagerness to learn and perform with committment
• Able to handle high pressure and heavy workload, no ot pay
• Able to commit for the full 1 year contract
• Need to serve 2 months notice if hired for this role

Jobscope:

• Recent experience in working with Java J2EE applications
• Experience in application support role for min 1 years for support or Developers willing to learn with good knowledge of Java, Unix, SQL
• Experience in programming languages such as JAVA/J2EE.
• Experience in Unix commands , SQL queries
• Knowledge of web applications, batch jobs, JBOSS, MariaDB, SQL, Shell
• Knowledge of Job scheduling, MQ setup , C:D setup experience is a plus
• Exposure to banking industry is a plus
• Dynamic individual with thirst to learn
• Strong team player with excellent inter-personal skills
• Ownership oriented and ability to meet SLAs with no compromise on the quality of the work

· Manage the product catalogue including but not limited to pricing, product specifications and ingredient list.

· Provide administrative and regulatory support to commercial team.

· Consolidate and track incoming shipments and customer order.

The Person:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline with at least 2-3 years of working experience.
