1) Process

Responsibilities:

• Respond to production issues and emergencies, such as process outages, alarms, or equipment failures.
• Diagnose and take corrective actions, or work alongside the Manufacturing supervisor to restore operations and prevent safety or quality incidents.
• Collaborate with the production team to maintain process stability and operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or related field,
• Min 2-4 years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals industries
• Self-motivated team player with a hands-on attitude and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

· Develop deployment strategies, maintain deployment templates, and coordinate with Application Delivery on implementation.

Requirements

· Proven ability to work cross-functionally with network, infrastructure, and vendor management teams.

· Strong analytical skills and experience managing high-impact incidents in a complex production environment.

· Prior experience leading geographically dispersed teams and managing cross-functional projects.

· ITIL, PMP, or relevant certifications in project/production management.
