The User Experience Product Line Lead is a core and leadership position in Digital Services, our Digital Manufacuring Division responsible for leading the definition and implementation of User Experience strategy in our Digital Manufacuring Division. The Product Line Lead drives priorities setting and holistic value delivery of the UX capabilities across squads and products in Digital Services. The Product Lead collaborates and partners closely across product teams, our company value and enabling teams, our Manufacturing Operations, and IT CTO with product line UX professionals, UX researchers, UX/UI Designers, product managers, and business stakeholders at all levels to define, implement, maintain, and make innovative improvements to deliver user-centric and outcome-driven products and solutions.

The UX Product Line Lead sets the vision for best-in-class products, anticipating future business capabilities, emerging technologies, designs and best practices, ensuring that vision is realized through implementation and value delivery. This role will lead a product line team to create, scale and maintain our Digital Manufacuring Division UX solutions and capabilities to support digital transformations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accountable for Product roadmap (e.g., key capabilities delivered to the business) for designing, building, delivering, and maintaining UX products and technological capability enhancements
• Optimize team setup and delivery models across all functional areas, working with functional leads, while removing roadblocks and impediments, enabling efficient and effective product team delivery
• Translate business goals and end user needs into UX strategy, communicate product priorities to the development team, other matrixed teams, and vendor partners
• Oversee delivery of applications in the products and the on-going operations of cohesive & integrated applications

• Manage, monitor and calibrate relevant metrics on UX effectiveness
• Demonstrated experience in leading UX designs using a variety of techniques, tools, and best practices to improve product usability, accessibility and desirability

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Graphics Design, or related field.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a delivery lead, team lead, product owner, or product line lead capacity.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in leading the development and delivery of User Experience, Experience Design, UX Strategy.
• Demonstrated experience in software development lifecycle, agile methodologies e.g. Scrum, and relevant tools such as Jira and Confluence

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in product management as well as carbon domain expertise in carbon accounting standards, methodologies, net-zero management, and market application requirement.

The individual is responsible for offering carbon management subject matter expertise throughout product planning, design, and execution for carbon management products. Director, Product Management (Carbon Management)

Responsibilities:

• Act as GHG emission accounting and climate actions subject matter expert on global GHG accounting standards, frameworks, and regulations
• Serve as go-to-person for all GHG accounting and Climate action rules, criteria, best practice, and compliance strategies

Associate Director, External Manufacturing Operations

The External Manufacturing Operations Associate Director, is accountable for meeting customer demand at the Contract Manufactures (CMO's) they manage by achieving excellence in Compliance, Supply, Continuous Improvement & Cost through their leadership and coaching of the responsible cross functional teams and their work in partnership with those CMO’s while leveraging lean manufacturing principles and the end to end (E2E) supply chain.

The External Manufacturing Operations Associate Director supports the Focus Factory Lead and serves as a point of contact for dealings between our Manufacturing Division and the CMO and establishes a strong business partnership as well as boundaries and ground rules of engagement. External Manufacturing Operations Associate Director will assist in our relationship with the contract manufacturer to deliver commercial supply or project execution through technology transfers.

The individual will participate on a cross-functional team (Supply Chain, Quality, Technical Ops, Procurement…) who are responsible for delivering daily/weekly/monthly/annual requirements at their external partner(s).

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensures compliance (Quality Risk management, Deviation Management, Product Release, Change Control); Meeting Demand; Dispute resolution (w/ appropriate escalation); Production Planning; Materials Management (SAP entries, Logistics); Technology issues; Oversight of shop floor production (determining when functional subject matter expertise should be deployed to the External Party’s (EP) facility); Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement activities; Linking E2E (upstream and downstream) and with Supply Chain Management in the Supply Chain to ensure and optimize flow of materials.

• Partners with internal External Manufacturing team members including; Procurement, Quality, and Technology on commercial aspects of relationship, including Identify, Select, Negotiate and Re-negotiate/terminate, as required. • Is accountable for inventory control. Depending on the location of goods (at External Party or at our Company), External Manufacturing Operations Associate Director ensures adequate documentation of material disposition. In some markets, External Manufacturing Operations may need to witness the destruction of goods (to prevent counterfeiting) or have the External Party certify the destruction, per destruction procedures.
• Acts as our Company continuous improvement system leader & coach for own team and works with external partner and lean manufacturing resources, as needed, to identify External Party OpEx / continuous improvement opportunities and supports implementation once approved.
• Supports the external partner periodic Business and Operations Review Meetings. Based on our Company and External Manufacturing strategy the External Manufacturing Operations Associate Director develops with their cross functional team and their external partner the annual plan for the relationship with clear goals and targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in the Engineering, Science or Business and a minimum 8 years’ experience in commercial /business and manufacturing (biologics operations, quality, technology, planning), roles required with a significant portion in management/leadership positions.
