Plastic Injection Moulding company is looking for a Production Engineer to assist in daily production and maintenance duties.

Job Description & Requirements

Main Duties:

- Changing, Setting and Maintenance of Plastic Injection mould machinery.

- Ensuring consistently high standards of products.

- Review operation chain and procedures and identify any lapse for improvement to the Directors

- Review operation SOP and compliance to make necessary recommendation.

- Liaise with supply chain team to ensure smooth operation for the outlets

Requirements:

- Able to read autocad drawings and designs

- Ability and knowledge in using Conventional Lathe and milling machine is an advantage

- Basic knowledge in electrical wirings is an advantage

- Willing to work in warm and dirty working environment

Job Description:

• Provide support for operational and technical activities
• Machine & Equipment maintenance / calibration
• Establish SOP and machine manual to provide comprehensive servicing and maintenance programmes
• Identify areas of process improvement and automation to implement work improvement programmes to achieve desired machine efficiency and reject rate
• Plan, evaluate and improve technical/engineering projects for cost and productivity
• Implementation of industrial safety practice to ensure compliance
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirement

• Min. Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• No experience needed as training will be provided
• Has passion to work in medical device manufacturing

• Monitor daily production ticketsas part of BAU, liaising with business users to categorize and assign defects (L2 or L3) based on priority.
• Resolve IT application-related incidents, service requests, and problems efficiently in line with business requirements
• Support deployment activities and conduct system sanity checks post-deployment.
• Analyze logs using tools like Splunk
• Prioritize and schedule assigned support activities.
• Provide immediate fixes via data patching, non-code related solutions, or workarounds for incidents.
• Participate in certificate renewals, OS/DB patching, and deployment activities.
• Contribute to the Temenos Order Management Product upgrade.
• Provide recommendations for system performance improvements.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as Production Support Analyst
• Extensive experience with OMS, particularly in financial markets and wealth management.
• Proven track record in UAT and PRD/BCP environment setups, integrations, and providing L2 support.
• Strong knowledge of Temenos Product (Triple A), .NET framework, and MSSQL databases.
• Experience with securities TOPAZ product setup and management.
• Hands-on experience with release management and deployment tools, particularly Ansible.
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in log analysis using Splunk.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide immediate solutions to critical issues.
