The role

Your role :

• manage open ended and closed ended multi manager real estate funds
• coordinate tasks with other stakeholders, such as Portfolio Managers, Fund Administrators, Custodians, Legal & Tax and others
• investing in real estate funds, NAV reconciliation, Cash Management, FX Hedging
• launching and supporting new product setups

Your team :

You are working at Real Estate Multi Manager at UBS Asset Management. You'll be working in the Product Management team in Singapore. Thereby you will be part of global team with its main office in Zurich.

Your expertise :

• Bachelor in Banking & Finance preferred
• ideally 5 years of experiences within the fund business
• skills to solve problems and manage other

• German-language skills preferred

• Collaborate with our stakeholders and department heads on the documentation the business needs for the product to function, in compliance with Maritime standards and regulations.
• Elaborating on business requirements and flow, converting and documenting these specifications into product requirements.
• Explore and brainstorm ideas and concepts to create USPs and enhance the experience for our users on the product.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business/Computer Science/Marketing or equivalent
• At least 2 years of Business and Product Flow Mapping experience in working on tech product from the start.
• Proficient in software tools and platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Miro
• Good knowledge and experience of UX design, optimizing Customer Journeys and running product team.
