To Qualify

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) and 2 - 5 or more years of experience in related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure

• Perform real time monitoring and response
• Perform 1st level of troubleshoot to allow resolution of the ticket within contractual duration
