o Periodic extraction of latest approved vendor to place it on Cloud

o Periodic update of procurement into a standard template which then be further uploaded into global system (SNOW – Service NOW system)

· Supplier Onboarding process: Automate site supplier onboarding form, subsequently process to include direct link/follow-up with global system

· Create / Manage / Automate portal for procurement information for site

· Harmonize site sourcing efforts in a synchronized process which would also tie in to cost impact analysis (savings and/or cost increase). May include step automation

· Build fraud-detection possibility (based on procurement process guard rails) of at-risk orders that requires manual oversight and/or review

As an AS&T Intern, you are to perform and complete tasks in the projects/actions in AS&T department including equipment setup, validation execution, requalification, SOP changes and protocol drafting in our Tuas site. In this role, a typical day will include:

· Perform lifecycle management and documentation for QC lab instrument

· Assist in QC instrument status updates for calibration and preventive maintenance

· Perform validation/verification activities for lab equipment based on project plan

· Perform revision/creation of SOPs related to the project implementation in laboratories

· Carry out documentation support for requalification activities of laboratory equipment

· Perform duties as assigned by AS&T manager or designee

· Ensure QC activities compliant to local SOP, CORP, VCG, OSHA and regulatory requirements

· Participate in QC and AS&T community discussion

· Prompt delivery of technical support to QC Operation

· Successful completion of equipment qualification and validation according to requirements

· Timely completion of assigned tasks in projects without compromising quality and safety
