11. Support Inventory and other ad-hoc reporting for both Demand and Supply Planning.

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Must have knowledge in product stewardship in the following areas; Change Management, New enhancement, Tech knowledge, Customer Compliance and Product Testing.
• Must have actual on-site deployment experience.
• Possess knowledge on treatment of waste management.
• Ensure plant processes and controls are in compliance with Industry ISO standards and local and international regulations. Possess knowledge and certification in ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and FSSC 22000.
• Align all quality production activity to meet operations objectives and sales targets.
• Recommend new quality checks to improve product quality inspections for production and all quality related issues.
• Perform random product quality inspections & prepare documentations needed to meet and achieve industry certification for produced finished products.
• Responsible for all QA and QC processes as well as all safety and environmental practices within the plant. To review, establish and update.
• Conduct internal reviews and audits for regulatory compliance, prepare audit reports and ensure corrective actions are followed up.
• Handle customer complaints and provide resolution.
• Conduct, analyses & report incident investigations, and oversee recommendations for proper follow-up and closure.
• Manage plant safety, health and environment protection together with Production Manager.
• You will also be responsible for any office safety compliance and to work with the respective office building management, if needed.
• This role will report to Head Quarters Quality Compliance (Germany) and the General Manager (Singapore).
• Any other duties as and when required to be done by superior.

REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma, bachelor degree or equivalent
• Possess at least 4-5 years experience in QA and QC in plastic manufacturing industry
• Independent, self-motivated, resourceful and to have accountability
• Adaptable and competent person who understands not only ISO but the regulatory requirements.
• Experienced in Diagnostic troubleshooting skills
• Able to write reports and present confidently

Overview: -

• Monthly Salary: Up to $3500 + AWB + Bonus (depend on EXP)

Your Responsibilities: -

• Develop, document, and support the creation of high-precision plastic injection molds and components for manufacturing.
• Assist the Program team during the initial project quotation phase by providing accurate tooling and product DFM (Design for Manufacturability) that aligns with quality standards.
• Engage with customers for DFM and mold concept reviews to ensure their technical requirements and concerns are properly addressed.
• Support the Tooling Department by conducting internal tooling design and DFM reviews prior to tool launch.

You will need: -

• Previous experience or knowledge in Precision Tooling Design/Fabrication, Micro Plastic Injection Molding, or Manufacturing Process Engineering is preferred.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, specifically Siemens UG NX or PTC Creo 4.0 and above.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

· Lead all aspects of Production Operations to fulfill customer orders on time.

This role utilizes chemistry laboratory skills to test and measure product or raw materials while ensuring that analysis is performed according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Analytical Methods & current Compendia.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Sample storage and management -Analytical testing/documentation of incoming raw material samples to GxP standards Testing/Sample storage and management.
• Analytical documentation of raw material samples to GxP standards -Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable).

Essential Requirements:

• QC testing of all incoming raw materials as per cGMP standards.
  Familiar with major pharmacopeia standards such as USP, EP, JP/JPE, ChP etc.
  Deadline adherence rate: testing completed on time, all missed deadlines reported in good time, the shortest possible lead time. Ensure constant readiness for inspection, no critical complaints/observations from superiors and inspectors.
• Consistently follow the GMP and GDP guidelines, as well as the SOPs, no critical irregularities.
• Finding and implementing optimization options to reduce costs.
• Completed training plan.
  Sound technical & scientific knowledge of pharmaceutical/ chemical.
• Working experience in Laboratory environment in the Pharmaceutical analytics/QC/ equivalent industry.
