Assisting Guest Services Manager in managing the hotel call centre (One Connect) daily operations, plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. • Responsible to evaluate materials status of the China Contract Manufacturer (CM), Southeast Asia CM and EU CM, and monitor materials fulfilment to meet sale orders demand and forecast demand.
