Duties & Responsibilities

We are a locally founded M&E company established for more than a decade. This role is responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of employees in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings/estate’s facilities and equipment. You will report to the M&E Engineer/ Manager.

Responsibilities
1. Lead and supervise the work of maintenance employees. Including preparation of weekly and monthly schedule. Keep timecards and other routine records
2. Coordinates, installs, inspects, repairs and maintains the electrical and mechanical and other related systems
3. Attend to site complaint/emergency, carry out mitigation actions and rectification works, and follow up with incident report
4. Follow up on the defects rectification with the Term/Sub Contractors
5. Monitor the term/A&A contractors and ensure that they carry out their contractual obligations in accordance to the Service Agreement/Contract
6. Monitor works issued as responsive repairs, ensuring that repairs completed are cost effective and in accordance with safety policies
7. Provide technical guidance on electrical installation and related issues to ensure quality of services and in compliance with relevant regulation
8. Verify the Term Contractors’ payment claim against the work done

Skills Requirements

1 Minimum 3 years of related experience in M&E or Building services
2 Competent skills in carrying out M&E repairs/troubleshooting

1) Assist M & E team with assembly and disassembly of TBM

2) All aspects of TBM operation including maintenance of line and grade of the tunnel while steering the TBM, as well as operation of the segment erector and annular grouting systems

3) Undertake cutterhead and tool inspection during the drive, take charge of emergency situations within the TBM

4) Identify and communicate any and all working environment safety hazards

5) Minimum 3 years experience as a TBM Operator. Experience in Slurry Plant is also an additional advantage.

6) Possess certificate in Building Construction Supervsiors Safety Course (BCSS) and Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS-T)

Responsibilities:
• Advise management on EHS legal and other requirements,, including their changes.
• Ensure provision in legal requirement such as WSH Act and WSH (Construction) Regulations are complied with.
• Review company’s safety performance and formulate measures to achieve continuous improvement.
• Review company safety resources and provide recommendations to management to meet EHS requirement.
• To arrange with senior management and laisse with projects to conduct monthly safety site walk.
• Fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by the Project/Site Manager.

Requirements:
• Accredited WSHO and ECO with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Possess a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Environmental Health and Safety.

• Demonstrated proficiency in organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Capable of leading WSHOs, offering supervision, guidance, and instructions to all safety personnel.
• Sound understanding of government regulations pertaining to Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental domains.

The Facilities, Health & Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all facilities, promoting a safe and healthy environment for learners, staff, and visitors. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of all facilities within the school premises, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.

• Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility-related tasks.

· Collate rough sketches and drawing instructions based on information provided by Project Coordinator.

· Prepare traffic control, construction, reinstatement, and as-built drawings in different layers.

· Assists in drawing revisions, whenever necessary, due to field developments.

· Liaise with Project Coordinator and field survey team to ensure timely completion of tasks.

· Perform other administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time

Requirement:

· AutoCAD drafting knowledge is mandatory
