We Are Looking For

As the Maintenance Engineer, you will be based in the Singapore Data Center and report to the Mechanical Engineer. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance program and schedule. You will work closely with departments such as Network, Security and Facilities to ensure all equipment is running smoothly and with minimal downtime. The Maintenance Engineer will also work closely and manage contractors on maintenance activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform technical maintenance activities associated with Electrical/ ACMV/ Fire system
• Manage contractors for preventive maintenance and ensure 52-Week Calendar is updated on a timely basis
• Review PTW/ MOP/ RA prior to the commencement of equipment maintenance/ fault investigation and resolution
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and schedules for critical facilities to ensure optimal operation and equipment reliability
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of critical facility equipment and systems to identify and address any issues or potential failures
• Plan and execute maintenance and repair activities, including coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure that work is performed safely and effectively
• Perform hands-on maintenance activities such as replacing filters, performing PMs on electrical systems, and troubleshooting mechanical issues
• Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with industry standards, manufacturer recommendations, and regulatory requirements, such as OSHA, NFPA, and EPA
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including equipment histories, work orders, and maintenance logs
• Participate in incident response and disaster recovery activities

Qualities You Should Have

• Bachelor / Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or Building Services
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in critical facility maintenance and operations in a corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of critical facility equipment and systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Experience with critical facility management and maintenance software, such as CMMS, ASHRAE, NFPA, and TIA-942
• Certifications in relevant technologies, such as Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP), Certified Data Center Design Professional (CDCDP)

We are looking for a dedicated Smart Lock Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting smart lock products in customers’ homes across Singapore. You will also provide product training and ensure all installations meet company standards. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer locations to install and troubleshoot smart lock systems.
• Provide hands-on product training to customers, ensuring proper lock functionality.
• Follow daily schedules to ensure timely completion of installations.
• Maintain professionalism and positivity in all customer interactions.
• Ensure company standards are met in all installations and repairs.
• Document and report installation, repair, and maintenance activities accurately.
• Maintain company vehicle and ensure proper equipment stock for daily operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required by the company.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform technical maintenance and troubleshooting activities associated with electrical/mechanical/ACMV/fire system.
• Maintain and operate Data Centre critical Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems to ensure 100% uptime and meet operational performance expectations.
• Execute action response for all onsite operational incidents and ensure all remote requests are performed within SLA.
• Review PTW/MOS/RA prior commencement for equipment maintenance or fault investigation and resolution.
• Performs all duties in a safe and orderly manner, without interruptions to production, and in accordance with approved procedures, Company policies and comply with all environmental, health and safety rules.
• Support delivery and related services based on internal and external requirements.
• Installation and termination of all copper and fibre cross-connects to include gathering requirements, designing, labelling, testing and documentation.
• Responsible for power cycling of equipment based on clear instructions.
• Responsible for escorting clients, vendors, and contractors to various onsite locations.
• Maintain good communications/ relationship among operations team and customers.
• Any other tasks and duties as directed the superior and Operations Management.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a 12-hour rotating shift work schedule
• Physically fit and of good health
• Prior experience in operating and maintaining mission critical facility.
• Prior experience in managing contractors (technical and soft services) and technicians.
• Computer knowledge such as Office 365 such as Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Relevant qualifications or certification in Uptime institute, Data Center Dynamic or EPI and equivalent.
