Responsibilities
As part of the manufacturing equipment team, you will be
- Maintaining a safe and conducive work environment
- Attending a series of in-house Classroom Trainings and On Job Trainings
- Supervising, sustaining and improving equipment performance
- Scheduling and performing maintenance on assigned tool sets
- Working on Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) and Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) to improve Equipment Uptime
- Developing hardware solutions to reduce Equipment Cost of Ownership
- Analyzing and addressing equipment issues using mechanical/electric skills and software applications
- Creating and optimizing equipment maintenance procedures
- Adopting IoT , RPA , Data Analytical for work efficiency improvement
- Resolving problems using a series of experimental techniques and thinking out of the box
Requirements
- NITEC/Diploma in Mechatronic , Electrical, Mechanical , Electronic Engineerig etc.
- Fresh graduates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and looking for growth
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Basic Python Programming
- Comfortable with flexible working schedules in doing 12-hr shift

Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process. Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings. Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts. Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required. May perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers.
