Provides reactive planning for PM, CM activities i.e., developing efficient work plans (tasks, sequences, parts/materials, craft/manpower and resources) for PM/corrective maintenance plans and carry out schedule review of 30/90 days and issue soft week and hard week schedules, maintain effective loading and utilization of craft, coordinates maintenance work related activities for the equipment’s in plant.

Accountabilities:

• Compliance to HSE standards and requirements of Cariflex and accountable for all assigned activities.
• Able to support the project in pre-com and commissioning activities such as verifying site check and witness commissioning activities.
• Generate spare parts list for the equipment’s and work with Cariflex Reliability for critical spares, IT team to transfer the list into BOM list, ensure physical qty and SAP qty are in account. Drive and lead the spare parts management process with contractor resources.
• Knowledge of using symphony tool in SAP for scheduling maintenance activities.
• Creating the task number group id for the PM/CM maintenance activity.
• Drive high standard of personal accountability & performance to deliver the Site & Department goals and target.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure the work task to be planned, scheduled, and performed.
• Coordinate and engage Operations/ Gate keeper to ensure all job request are clear and concise and maintenance work orders are prioritized and challenged.
• Carry out site checks & planning of work orders end to end process, by breaking down all relevant maintenance activities into logical tasks with resources, parts/material, craft/manpower and sequences for optimal work execution. Tasking of planned work orders to the relevant engineers/contractors for execution.
• Responsible for material procurement and availability prior to execution of all PM/CM works.
• Create and maintain library of plans for HSSE, corrective maintenance activities. Ensure that library plans contain reasonably accurate information on cost, materials, services labour, and other resource requirements. Actively monitor the actual work execution in terms of cost, resource, schedule (craft hours), sequence and update the equipment library plans accordingly. Accountable for ensuring that preventive/corrective maintenance compliance and timely closure of work orders.
• Initiate HSE plans/Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for the planned work orders to ensure safe execution of work.
• Ensure PM/CM plans are scheduled accordingly and executed before their due dates.
• Accountable to ensure no overdue of all PM/CM works. This will include the necessary materials and services (resource) procurement and availability.
• Actively monitor the actual work execution in terms of cost, resource, schedule (craft hours), sequence and update the equipment library plans accordingly. Accountable for ensuring that preventive maintenance compliance and timely closure of work orders.
• Assist in budget planning based on past years cost trending. Plan, track, and cost accuracy, and provide inputs to improve contract strategy.
• Contribute and participate actively in site reliability improvements. Provide feedback on effectiveness of corrective maintenance.
• Use Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in compliance with the global maintenance and business processes.

Qualification & Experience:

• Degree/Diploma or equivalent, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5-10 years relevant field experience as plant engineer or equivalent. Preferably with Mechanical Engineering background.
• Relevant knowledge in: HSE Performance Management, Risk Management, Plant Operations, Reliability & Integrity, Process Technology, MOC Management, Cost/Budget, and RCA

Job Description:

Requirements:

1. 2-5 year experience in maintenance or operations.
2. Affinity with planning & scheduling; ability to effectively plan ahead.

The Maintenance Planner works in the Engineering Team to ensure proper planning and preparation of all planned maintenance work together with realistic scheduling.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Plans/prepares and schedules work order in such a way they can safely be executed on time in full (OTIF).
• Reviews tags (work requests) for quality and priority (gatekeeping)
• Plans & prepares the Maintenance team's scope, tasks, resources, materials, tools.
• Requests materials in line with the inventory and supply work processes.
• Manages tools for maintenance execution.
• Supports the budgeting of maintenance plans; helps Maintenance Engineering to calculate the preventive maintenance budget (asset based).

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experiences in maintenance or operations.
2. Ability to effectively plan ahead.
3. Gatekeeping expert and proven track record in maximizing planned workflow of maintenance, i.e. effectively optimizing the plan-efficiency of maintenance (% of jobs completed OTIF/Total nr. Of jobs in maintenance).

The Job

• Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules based on equipment requirements and resource availability.
• Coordinate and communicate maintenance activities with co-workers and various departments to minimize disruption to day-to-day operations.
• Plan equipment inspection, servicing, and overhaul during scheduled downtime.
• Perform both short- and long-range planning and scheduling; respond to emergencies and schedule changes.
• Coordinate with procurement department to call quotation / tender for term contracts and external ad-hoc services required by maintenance team.
• Liaise with term contractors such as planning maintenance schedule, where applicable.
• Monitor validity of term contractors’ insurance policies and security deposit during period of contract.
• Liaise with team leaders to create purchase requisition for utilization of term contract rates.
• Establish and maintain standardized maintenance planning process, procedures, and workflows.
• Review and improve maintenance processes and procedures including work order system to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency.
• Make recommendations on best practices to be in line with industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance procedures and schedule.
• Analyse breakdown report and liaise with team leaders to ensure breakdowns are categorized correctly.
• Provide reports on adherence to maintenance schedules.

The Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in technical field, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification.
• 5 years working experience in an engineering position, with minimum 3 years in scheduling position with demonstrated success of implementing and operationalizing master schedules.
• Proven experience in performing preventive maintenance and repair works.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• A team player and ability to lead a group of junior technical executives and technicians.
• Proficient in IT applications (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

MAINTENANCE PLANNER

• Reliable compliance with requirements for quality, environmental, occupational health, safety, and welfare whilst performing duties on behalf of the company.
• Maintaining the Planned Maintenance Schedule (PMS) for all Diving equipment and other supporting equipment.
• Maintaining related IMCA documents for diving systems, such as D023, D040, to ensure all Company certificates are kept up to date and valid.
• Issuing, tracking, and recording the movement of all equipment and consumables drawn daily and on project sites.
• Preparing documents related to pre-mobilization and pre-demobilization activities.
• Distributing Packing Lists and Proforma Invoices to relevant parties for customs / yard clearance.
• Coordinating major maintenance and repairs of mechanical and electrical systems as required.
• Coordinating with external providers on relevant matters and updating Asset Manager / Dive System Tech Authority on a regular basis.
• Participating in administrative duties pertaining to creating periodic reports, maintaining logs and records, general maintenance, and compiling Repair Upgrade Request forms (MRUs) for monthly job summaries.
• Providing assistance to the Operations Manager and Diving Supervisor regarding project equipment and logistics support.
• Provide assistance to the QA / QC Manager regarding Integrated Management System and Planned Maintenance System documentation.

DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

• Maintain the master list of internal and external documented information and its current version.
• Facilitate the documented information approval and distribution only after proper ratification.
• Keep the master copy of documented information in paper and/or electronic form.
• Make the current versions of documented information accessible for review and revision purposes.
• Maintain the identification, retrieval, and disposal of obsolete documents or cancelled documents.
• Maintain records of the documented information distribution and retrieval register, document master list, and record master list.
• Ensure that the necessary documents are accessible to respective users.
• Ensure to avoid the usage of superseded or invalid documents.
• Printing of Project documents
• Handle the collation of documents required for all audits.

You will focus on ensuring work is planned out seamlessly through meticulous operational steps to ensure the job pack is complete for scheduled execution. Your role in our team

• Develop detailed planning steps incorporating safety concerns and site requirements, for multi discipline reactive and preventive Maintenance primarily focusing but not exclusive to Priority 3 and Priority 4 work requests.
• Develop complete work packages ready for execution.
• Coordinate with PMC, Asset Management & Reliability team, Warehouse team, Procurement team and contractors or vendors for work package preparations.
• Engage field execution counterpart during planning stage, for efficient handover of work package.
• Develop detailed planning steps for work requests, prepare materials or spare parts required, create & release inventory PR, generate MR for stock items.
• Coordinate with the Procurement team to source for non-stock materials and external services, create PR upon alignment with PMC and field execution personnel.
• Coordinate with PMC, contractors, and vendors for the execution window.
• Prepare and create initial Invoice Proposal in CMMS before execution, and perform final Invoicing Allow upon job completion.
• Create and update task lists in the task library and contribute to continuous improvement for task lists accuracy.
• Work closely with the execution team and scheduler to optimize all resources, while making sure Operations and safety are not compromised.
• Prepare monthly reports for KPI tracking for respective areas.
