Job Overview :
The Facilities Technician ensures that facilities are safe and functional by performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities. He/She conducts technical troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical issues in compliance with the quality and safety standards, regulations and organizational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers' enquiries, needs and complaints
·Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control.
Requirements :
·Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical or related field.
·Candidates with 2 years or more related experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage.
·No experience is welcome to apply (on Job Training provided).
·Positive attitude, good interpersonal and customer‐centric skills.
· Shift allowance is provided.
· Working hours: 3 rotating shift work (3 rest day every 2 weeks)
· Morning – 7am to 4pm
· Afternoon – 2pm to 11pm
· Night – 10.30pm to 7.30am (night shift allowance provided).
