We are seeking skilled technicians to join our team for a new shift period starting mid-November from 12:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Candidates must have relevant experience in below postions and be able to work during these hours.

Available Positions:

1. Electrical TechnicianResponsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
   
2. Instrument TechnicianSpecializes in monitoring and maintaining instruments and control systems for optimal performance.
   
3. Mechanical TechnicianFocuses on the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical systems and machinery.
   
4. HVAC TechnicianHandles the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
   

Working Conditions:

• Work Location: Mega Yard
• Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
• Tentative Start Date: Mid-November 2024
• Tentative Duration: 2-3 months
• Daily Rate: + Night Shift Allowance (includes Annual Leave/Medical Leave)
• Insurance/CPF: Provided
• Annual Leave/Medical Leave: 7 days annual leave and 14 days medical leave

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Permanently based at Woodland checkpoint
• 4 days work week with rotating day and night shift
• No experience can consider with relevant education will be considered.
• Identification, maintenance and replacement of electronic equipment and computers.
• Liaise with government agency on return and collection of faulty or repaired equipment.
• Tracking and recording the fault patterns and trends for monthly progress reporting to government agency.
• Provide guidance to general public on the use of on-site equipment such as Fee Collection Terminals.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess certificate in NITEC/Electrical/Electronic or related discipline

• Able to work rotating shifts (4 day work week)

• ITE Graduates are welcome, training will be provided.

• Support project management to Building Improvement Work buildings.
• Monitor and verification of work done for payment and budget monitoring. (Knowledge in project and contracts management is preferable)
• Manage the reinstatement works including liaising with landlord and verification of work done for payment and budgeting. (Knowledge in project and contracts management is preferable)
• Support daily operations on buildings maintenance matters.
• Support the setting up and relocation of affected offices and staff
• May be required to work after office hours or weekends when necessary.

Job Overview :

The Facilities Technician ensures that facilities are safe and functional by performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities. He/She conducts technical troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical issues in compliance with the quality and safety standards, regulations and organizational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers' enquiries, needs and complaints

·Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control.

Requirements :

·Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical or related field.

·Candidates with 2 years or more related experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage.

·No experience is welcome to apply (on Job Training provided).

·Positive attitude, good interpersonal and customer‐centric skills.

· Shift allowance is provided.

· Working hours: 3 rotating shift work (3 rest day every 2 weeks)

· Morning – 7am to 4pm

· Afternoon – 2pm to 11pm

· Night – 10.30pm to 7.30am (night shift allowance provided).

Tasks to perform:

· To assist SCD managers to collect, confirm and compile FM asset. This includes scheduled visits to different locations across Singapore to collect, confirm and compile FM asset data and performing due diligence checks on existing data.

· Good IT skills with proficiency in MS Excel is essential.

· Physically fit and able to walk for long periods.

· Able to work under tight timelines.

· Able to work closely with school representatives and managing agents.

· Meticulous and able to work with minimum supervision.

· Possessing own transportation is an advantage.

· Experience in estate management, building maintenance, building related experience in consultancy or Managing Agent firms, preferably with a minimum of 1 year in the respective position/field.

· Diploma or Degree in building related disciplines (e.g., estate management, building maintenance, architectural, quantity surveying, civil/ structural/ mechanical or electrical engineering)

· Those without a building-related diploma or degree, and with relevant experience and expertise may also apply.

• Advantageous to have, but not a must have: 2 Years (or more) in ACMV Management (ACMV Equipment, Chillers, Switchboard & Generators)
