Job Responsibilities:

• Onsite repair for Apple products, including MacBooks, iMacs, iPads, and related peripherals.
• Support end users onsite and remotely to resolve Apple-specific IT issues.
• Assist in setup of new Apple devices and installation of macOS and standard applications.
• Troubleshooting of problems encountered by end users on Apple devices.
• Provide Level 1 support for Apple-related IT needs.
• Deliver front-line support for field service activities aligned with customer requirements.
• Update service records in the database promptly and accurately.
• Perform asset tagging for Apple devices.
• Conduct rework and deployment for Apple products as required.
• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Adhere to health and safety policies during all field service activities, ensuring risk control measures are followed.
• Provide detailed and accurate reports to team leaders or technical support to facilitate informed decision-making on resolving product issues.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Nitec in Infocomm or related field.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and diligent.
• Willingness to learn Apple-specific skills, with familiarity in the macOS environment.
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing Apple products is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
• Effective communication skills.
• GSX/ATLAS operations experience is good to have.

Job Responsibilities

· Perform Technical Helpdesk Support to call in customers for all IT products and services distributed by the company

· Manages IT Hotline for urgent requests and Helpdesk email for requests for support

· Assist in Setup of new PCs and Installation of Standard Office Application

· Troubleshooting of Problems Encountered by End Users

· Provides level 1 support for IT needs.

· Provide front line support for key field service activities in line with customers’ requirements.

· Update service record into database promptly and accurately,

· Perform Asset Tagging

· Perform rework on products and deployment when required.

· Assist in answering to customer enquiry and feedback

· To conduct all field service activities within the boundaries of health and safety policies. Risk control elements covering all relevant aspects of the field service role must be adhered to at all times

· Provide accurate, factual reports to the team leader or technical support personnel to enable informed decisions to be made on a course of action to resolve product issues

· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:-

· Minimum qualification – Nitec in Infocomm or related

· 3 years of working experience

· Able to Work Independently, Self-motivated and Diligent

· Willing to learn IT skills, Familiar with Windows Environment.

· Experience in Troubleshooting and Repairing of PC/Notebooks an added advantage

· Possess Analytical and Problem Solving Abilities

· Written and spoken Language Proficiency in English is essential

· Effective communication skills

Job Description

You will provide onsite and remote support to customers for IT related issues, problems encountered and resolve them. You will be involved in the installation and implementation of Solutions sold by the company. Solutions and support involved Servers, virtualization, firewall , remote access solution, backup solution and etc on the technical aspect..

• Those who are customer service oriented and interested in IT Technology
• Able to work independently with positive working attitude
• Knowledge in TCP/IP and servers will be advantages
• Good communication skills, both written and oral and customer service oriented.

Qualification :
