• Knowledgeable about chemical process plant operation
• Knowledgeable in mechanical equipment
• Knowledgeable about emergency response practices
• Basic investigation skills to make right judgement in the continuous operational environment
• Basic knowledge in results trend analysis

Salary: Basic $2,000 - $3,100 + $40 mobile allowance + OT applicable + VB

Time: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm) (OT payable after office hours)

Responsibilities:

• Servicing and repair of material handling equipment i.e. disesel and electric fork lift / MHE.
• Troubleshoot and rectify MHE issues.
• Other tasks as assigned by workshop supervisor.

Requirements:

• Must possess Class 3 Driving License.
• 1 Year relevant working experience in servicing/ repairing electrical and/ or diesel forklift or automotive/ industrial equipment repair experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to read, speak and write English.
• NITEC in Automotive or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to do standby shifts 2 weeks every quarter including weekends and public holidays and handle passive standby 2 weeks 3 times a year.
