MAINTENANCE PLANNER

• Reliable compliance with requirements for quality, environmental, occupational health, safety, and welfare whilst performing duties on behalf of the company.

DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

• Maintain the master list of internal and external documented information and its current version.
• Facilitate the documented information approval and distribution only after proper ratification.
• Keep the master copy of documented information in paper and/or electronic form.
• Make the current versions of documented information accessible for review and revision purposes.
• Maintain the identification, retrieval, and disposal of obsolete documents or cancelled documents.
• Maintain records of the documented information distribution and retrieval register, document master list, and record master list.

Primary Duties

• Assist in the maintenance of mechanical, electrical installations and equipment.
• Carry out routine inspection and servicing of the hospital's mechanical and electrical installations, building and associated facilities, air conditioning units, plumbing and sanitary systems and equipment.
• Undertake and assist the Project Department on renovation work when necessary.
• To assist the maintenance engineer in the management and maintenance of the hospital building
• To assist the maintenance engineer to plan, coordinate and oversee ad hoc maintenance work, whether carried out by in-house or by external contractors.

Requirements

• At least a NITEC or Higher NITEC in Air-conditioning / Electrical / Mechanical / Mechantronics / Building Services with minimum 2 to 3 years of experience, preferably in a hospital environment

• Able to work rotating shifts/night, 5 days work week

Your role in our team

• Develop detailed planning steps incorporating safety concerns and site requirements, for multi discipline reactive and preventive Maintenance primarily focusing but not exclusive to Priority 3 and Priority 4 work requests.
• Develop complete work packages ready for execution.
• Coordinate with PMC, Asset Management & Reliability team, Warehouse team, Procurement team and contractors or vendors for work package preparations.
• Engage field execution counterpart during planning stage, for efficient handover of work package.
• Develop detailed planning steps for work requests, prepare materials or spare parts required, create & release inventory PR, generate MR for stock items.
• Coordinate with the Procurement team to source for non-stock materials and external services, create PR upon alignment with PMC and field execution personnel.
• Coordinate with PMC, contractors, and vendors for the execution window.
• Prepare and create initial Invoice Proposal in CMMS before execution, and perform final Invoicing Allow upon job completion.
• Create and update task lists in the task library and contribute to continuous improvement for task lists accuracy.
• Work closely with the execution team and scheduler to optimize all resources, while making sure Operations and safety are not compromised.
• Prepare monthly reports for KPI tracking for respective areas.

• Manage day to day maintenance execution work as per business schedule and abide to Site Game ME process. Uses GSAP as a tool to manage maintenance execution. Accountability targets on duration, cost and safety.

• Review work method statement and Johan for the high-risk activities and mitigate the risk level to minimum acceptable level with appropriate control on the hazards.
• Lead the troubleshooting analysis and providing feedback to custodian on the problematic equipment, by resume the equipment to a serviceable condition to meet production schedule or to avoid total production shutdown.
• Ensure minimum equipment downtime on the equipment which requires a complete overhaul or repair and could lead to longer production down time.
• Manage with internal stakeholders / external contractors and vendor on daily maintenance execution matters and ensure all maintenance activities being carry out safely and timely.
• Plan and managing statutory equipment inspection and corrective maintenance activities during shutdown of MOM equipment within a stipulated production schedule, budget and without compromising regulation, safety and quality. • Review and ensure accuracy and readiness of 1-month lookahead work plan with scheduler and OMC to set priority and resources loading and manage timely request to operations for maintenance permitting.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical) with Min 3 years of relevant Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical and Chemical Industry Experiences in Maintenance execution. Or
• Diploma in Mechanical engineering with at least 10 years and good on hand experiences in engineering/maintenance of rotating & static equipment (experience in oil and gas industry is preferred) can also be considered.
• Good understanding of the various international mechanical engineering standards.
• Candidates with strong experience in Project, Maintenance and Turnaround areas will also be considered.
• Knowledge of GSAP and GAME ME processes would be an added advantage.
• Strong in interpersonal, coordination, planning skills and fluent in English and business software (MS office, Autocad / 3D model GSAP &P6) will be added advantage.
• Able to work flexible and adapt to project schedule (Able to work extended hours, night work assignment and weekend duty base on the work requirements).
